For UK buyers shipping is via Royal Mail"s Recorded
Delivery or Special Delivery for higher priced items
For international buyers this is via Royal Mail"s
Airsure or International Signed For (for those countries not
covered by Airsure).
Items are shipped only via these trackable and insured methods. Plus the delivery
times are fast!
Orders are usually despatched within 2 business days. If for any
reason there is a delay in shipping your item we will let you
know as soon as possible.
.Returns
We accept returns of items within 7 working days after you recieve said item. In such an event we
refund the price you paid for the item, plus the original postage,and
you will pay return shipping by a trackable method. Please contact
us for instructions within 5 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item, we will either
refund your entire purchase and shipping in both directions, or pay for the return of the wrong item and send out your correct item as soon as possible. Please
contact us immediately for instructions.
Refunds are dependent on the return of goods in the condition
